First Aid Courses

Puffin Dive Centre provides a number of courses dealing with primary response and first aid. Skills and knowledge of basic First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) are invaluable to everyone throughout their lives both as divers and in general.

Age for course participation is from a mature 10 year old upwards. Age upper limit is not restricted; however capability to kneel and practice casualty movement is essential.

The skills taught on these courses will enable you to assist in the first aid of an accident victim and manage the scene until professional medical assistance arrives. At Puffin Dive Centre you will gain vital know how building your confidence and your ability to help others in distress.
